Always-Up-to-Date Segmentation
Jimo automatically syncs with Salesforce in near real time, ensuring your targeting and content are based on the most accurate and current user information.
Connect Your Salesforce Account:
• Navigate to your Jimo Integrations settings page.
• Locate the Salesforce integration and click Connect.
Map Your Salesforce Data:
• Authenticate your Salesforce account.
• Select how Jimo should match users (by email or a custom ID).
• Choose and map the Salesforce fields you want to sync (Contacts, Leads, Accounts, Opportunities).
Run Your First Sync:
• Jimo will automatically import the selected fields for existing users.
• Synced data will be marked with a Salesforce icon in user profiles for easy tracking.
Once connected, you can use Salesforce properties to segment users and deliver personalized experiences across the Jimo platform.
