Setting up the integration:
In Jimo, go to Settings → Integrations → Zendesk Knowledge.
Add the integration to your project and open its settings page.
Enter your Zendesk subdomain (the prefix only, without
.zendesk.com).Add the email of a Zendesk user with API access (admin or agent).
Paste an API token generated from Zendesk Admin → Apps and integrations → APIs → Zendesk API → API tokens.
Click Test connection to verify everything works.
Adding Zendesk as an AI Knowledge source:
In Jimo, go to AI Knowledge → Sources → Add source → Zendesk Knowledge.
Give the source a name, or keep the default.
Choose your article scope: All articles to train on the full Help Center, or Specific articles to pick a curated subset.
Click Train to create the source and start training your AI Agent.
Make sure API token usage is enabled in your Zendesk workspace. Your Zendesk Admin will warn you if it isn't.
